Job Description
- The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.).
- The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
- The candidate must hire and train or arrange for staff training.
- The candidate must order merchandise.
- The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
- The candidate will be responsible for selling merchandise.
- The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing cash.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising the office and volunteer staff.
Job Requirements
